RECOMMENDED ROTATION
Resonance Liberation — Moment of Nihility: Deals Havoc DMG and restores the team's HP. Grants 40 Ring of Chainsaw points, activates Woven Myriad - Convergence (+120% to Chainsaw Mode multipliers) and All Ends Here (+20% Havoc DMG and healing, 12 seconds).
Echo: Activate the Echo to deal additional Havoc DMG.
Resonance Skill — Eye of Unraveling: Stagnates the target, deals Havoc DMG and inflicts Unseen Snare (30s): each attack from a team member on the target generates 1 stack of Havoc Bane. Generates Ring of Chainsaw points.
Basic Attack I & II → Rending Lunge → Death Snip → Thread Withdrawn: Full combo that generates Ring of Chainsaw points. Death Snip restores the team's HP and its damage counts as Resonance Liberation (boosted by Woven Myriad - Convergence). Thread Withdrawn opens a successful Dodge window right after being cast.
Resonance Skill — Serrated Loop: Available when Ring of Chainsaw is full (100 pts). Stagnates and pulls targets, refreshes Unseen Snare and activates Chainsaw Mode. Chain directly into Normal Attack to cast Sawring - Blitz Stage 2.
Forte — Sawring - Blitz (I → II → III): 3-hit combo in Chainsaw Mode whose damage counts as Resonance Liberation. Each hit consumes Ring of Chainsaw points and increases the multiplier of the next Sawring - Eradication. Thanks to Woven Myriad - Convergence, each point consumed adds an additional +120% to that multiplier.
Forte — Sawring - Eradication: The finisher. Deals massive Havoc DMG (peak damage of the rotation thanks to Woven Myriad - Convergence) and grants a 30-second shield to the entire team. Deactivates Chainsaw Mode and ends Woven Myriad - Convergence.
Outro — Unraveling - Law Zero: Swap out to grant the entire team the Resonant Thread of Closure buff (20s): increases the max stacks of Negative Status and Electro Rage that can be applied by +3, and grants the Thread of Bane buff (ignores 18% of the target's DEF) on each Negative Status application.
Tip : Chisa is extremely flexible: her passives (Unseen Snare, Inescapable Fate, Thread of Bane) work even off-field, making quickswaps very rewarding. When playing without swaps, her rotation is very fast if you chain the Basic Attack combo right after Serrated Loop: maintain continuous pressure to prevent Chainsaw Fever from dropping to zero.
BEST ECHO SETS

Gusts of Welkin
GoW 3P + Havoc 2P
Main Echo : Threnodian Leviathan
This set is interesting if you have Chisa S2 and Hiyuki S0, otherwise it is slightly less valuable.

What is the best build for Chisa?
The optimal build for Chisa depends on the team: in a Hiyuki team, use the Rejuvenating Glow (RG) 5-piece set (4-3-3-1-1) with Crit DMG on Cost 4 and 1x Havoc% + 1x ATK% on Cost 3. In a Cartethyia team, use the Gusts of Welkin (GoW) set. Her signature weapon Kumokiri is recommended, otherwise Wildfire Mark or Ages of Harvest are good alternatives.
What echo sets should you use for Chisa?
In a Hiyuki team: Rejuvenating Glow (RG) 5-piece (4-3-3-1-1), with Fallacy of No Return on Cost 4 (Crit DMG or Crit Rate), 1x Havoc% + 1x ATK% on Cost 3 and ATK% on Cost 1. In a Cartethyia team: Gusts of Welkin (GoW) with Threnodian Leviathan on Cost 4.
What rotation should you use with Chisa?
Chisa rotation: Resonance Liberation (Moment of Nihility) > Echo > Resonance Skill (Eye of Unraveling) > Basic Attack I & II > Rending Lunge > Death Snip > Thread Withdrawn > Resonance Skill (Serrated Loop) > Sawring - Blitz (I > II > III) > Sawring - Eradication > Outro (Unraveling - Law Zero). Then swap to your main DPS.
What are the best teams for Chisa?
Chisa fits into all Negative Status teams. Her best pairings are: Hiyuki + Glacio Sub-DPS + Chisa, and Cartethyia + Ciaccona + Chisa (best DPR team). She also boosts Aemeath in Fusion Negative Status mode. She is played ONLY in Negative Status teams.
Which talents should you prioritize for Chisa?
Chisa talent priority: 1) Forte (61% of damage — Sawring - Blitz & Eradication), 2) Resonance Liberation (28%), 3) Basic Attack (7%), 4) Resonance Skill (2%), 5) Intro (2%). Level up Forte first as it concentrates the bulk of her damage.
