3.1 Original Slyraf content

Subject to third-party rights described below, the Site’s original texts, analyses, code, graphic design, databases and arrangement are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Reproduction, adaptation, extraction or republication beyond statutory exceptions requires prior authorisation.

3.2 Games and third-party assets

Slyraf is an independent guide and analysis site and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the publishers of the games covered. Wuthering Waves, its trademarks, characters, illustrations and other game assets belong to Kuro Games and/or their respective rightsholders. Other names, logos, trademarks and media remain the property of their respective owners.

Third-party elements are presented for identification, illustration, criticism and information. This notice does not grant Slyraf rights that belong to others. A rightsholder may report a disputed use at contact@slyraf.com.

4. Sponsored and external links

Some links clearly identified as sponsored or partner links may generate compensation for Slyraf if a user visits or completes an action with the partner. This does not increase the price paid by the user and does not remove Slyraf’s editorial independence.

External services and websites are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Slyraf is not responsible for their availability or content, without prejudice to any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

5. Information and liability

Guides, calculations, tier lists and analyses are provided for information and may become outdated after a game update. Slyraf endeavours to correct reported errors but does not guarantee that all content will remain complete or current at all times.

To the extent permitted by law, users remain responsible for how they use the tools and information. Nothing in this notice excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.
