The same skill can trigger this effect once every 3s: Intro Skill - Yo, It's Big Boomin' Time!, Intro Skill - Hey, Leadhead, Come 'n' Get Me!, Heavy Attack - Rat-tat-tat!: Huntress, Heavy Attack - Bang-bang-bang!: Guts, and Resonance Liberation - BOOM! Fireworks!.

Heavy Attack - Bang-bang-bang!: Guts
At 120 points of Fervor, Heavy Attack - Guts is replaced with Heavy Attack - Bang-bang-bang!: Guts.
Hold Normal Attack to cast Heavy Attack - Bang-bang-bang!: Guts, which consumes all Fervor to pull in nearby targets and deal Electro DMG, considered Basic Attack DMG.
Fervor
Rebecca can hold up to 120 points of Fervor.
Normal Attacks restore Fervor upon damaging the target.
Resonance Skill restores Fervor upon damaging the target.
When A Girl Gets What She Wants! is gained by casting Intro Skill - Yo, It's Big Boomin' Time! or Intro Skill - Hey, Leadhead, Come 'n' Get Me!, Rebecca restores 50 points of Fervor.
Hot Hand
Rebecca can hold up to 120 points of Hot Hand. Regenerates over time at a rate of 10 points per second.
Casting Heavy Attack - Rat-tat-tat!: Huntress or Heavy Attack - Bang-bang-bang!: Guts restores 40 points.
A Girl Gets What She Wants!
At 120 points of Hot Hand, casting Intro Skill - Yo, It's Big Boomin' Time!, Intro Skill - Hey, Leadhead, Come 'n' Get Me!, Resonance Skill - It's Big Boomin' Time!, or Resonance Skill - Come 'n' Get Me! grants the following effects for 12s:

Hot Hand cannot be restored during this period and is consumed by 10 points per second.
Resonance Liberation - Party 'til Dawn!

Rebecca fires the Mk. 31 HMG automatically, dealing Electro DMG, considered Basic Attack DMG, while accumulating Overload.
Press or hold Normal Attack or press Resonance Liberation at intervals after Rebecca starts firing to enhance her Mk. 31 HMG's firepower and accumulate Overload faster. This effect can be triggered up to 2 times.

Preem Choom
Summon a turret that continuously attacks enemies for 14s, dealing 2.5% Electro DMG each hit.
The incoming Resonator gains Edgerunner Bonds, granting 15% All DMG Amplification for 14s. Resonators with Edgerunner Bonds gain 1 stacks of Overlimit every 0.2s, each stack granting 0.5% Heavy Attack DMG Amplification, up to 35% (Lucy automatically receives max stacks when her Edgerunner Bonds is active).
Switching to another Resonator ends Edgerunner Bonds and Overlimit early. Lucy can enhance the turret, increasing its DMG Multiplier by 250%, but its on-field duration will be lowered to 4s.
Hack - Meltdown
When the target's Off-Tune Level is full, Rebecca can cast Tune Break on the target. Rebecca can inflict Hack - Shifting and respond to Hack - Interfered on targets.
Responding to Hack - Interfered: When any Resonator in the team deals Tune Break DMG and inflicts Hack - Interfered, Rebecca triggers Hack - Meltdown on the target. Each target can be damaged by this skill up to once every 8s.
Tag, You're It!
ATK is increased by 10% for 12s when A Girl Gets What She Wants! is triggered, or when Heavy Attack - Rat-tat-tat!: Huntress or Heavy Attack - Bang-bang-bang!: Guts is cast, stacking up to 2 times.
When a Resonator in the team inflicts Hack - Shifting, their Tune Break Boost is increased by 30 for 30s.
Left an Opening!
Heavy Attack - Rat-tat-tat!: Huntress and Heavy Attack - Bang-bang-bang!: Guts gain increased resistance to interruption.
When Rebecca casts Resonance Liberation - Party 'til Dawn!, the ATK of all nearby Resonators in the team is increased by 20% for 30s.

The DMG Multipliers of the following skills are increased by 50%:
- Basic Attack - Huntress, Heavy Attack - Huntress, Tactical Dodge - Huntress, and Dodge Counter - Huntress.
- Basic Attack - Guts, Tactical Dodge - Guts, Dodge Counter - Guts.
When A Girl Gets What She Wants! is triggered, Rebecca gains 3 additional stacks of Street Smarts for 12s.

Rebecca recovers an additional 20 points of Hot Hand when she is casting Heavy Attack - Rat-tat-tat!: Huntress or Heavy Attack - Bang-bang-bang!: Guts.
When Rebecca takes a fatal blow, she does not fall to the damage and instead restores fixed 2077 HP for 5 times immediately. This effect is triggered once every 10 min.
When Rebecca stays out of combat for more than 4s, she restores 120 point of Fervor. This effect is triggered once every 4s.

OUR REVIEW
How to Use
Rebecca is an Electro Sub DPS who applies Hack - Shifting and is essentially played with Lucy.
Gameplay Style
Rebecca has a rotation that requires juggling between her two forms: Guts and Huntress
PROS & CONS
Pros
Deals solid damage
Outro that buffs everyone by +15% & boosts Heavy Attack DMG
Cons
She doesn't really have a downside.
RECOMMENDED ROTATION
Intro: Rebecca always enters via her Intro, never first. Hot Hand is already at 120 because it regenerates passively out of combat. The A Girl Gets What She Wants! passive triggers immediately, granting the bonuses of both modes simultaneously. The Tag, You're It! passive triggers and grants a first stack of ATK +10% for 12 seconds.
Basic Attack Combo - Building Fervor: Chain the Basic Attack combo to deal damage and build Fervor. Each hit generates Fervor points.
Resonance Skill: Cast the Resonance Skill to deal damage and keep building Fervor.
Heavy Attack Rat-tat-tat!: Is Fervor at 120? Hold Normal Attack to trigger Heavy Attack Rat-tat-tat! which consumes all Fervor to deal a big chunk of damage. Also applies Hack - Shifting on the target, which triggers the Hack Response - Meltdown passive for additional Hack DMG.
Resonance Liberation - Party 'til Dawn!: Cast the Resonance Liberation to deal damage. The Left an Opening! passive also buffs the whole team's ATK by +20% for 30 seconds.
Echo: Activate the Echo to deal additional damage before swapping.
Outro - Preem Choom: Swap to buff the next member. Summon a turret that attacks for 14 seconds and grant Edgerunner Bonds to the next active member: their damage is amplified by 15% and their Heavy Attack DMG is amplified up to +35% via Overlimit stacks.
Tip : By default, we prefer playing Rebecca in Guts mode because she'll deal more damage thanks to the 15% DEF ignore, but generally you'll have both bonuses.

The best team for Lucy. Damage is below 3.x characters but since a sequence is given for free, factor that in.
Rebecca Shorekeeper Team
SpectroThis team is slightly worse over time than with Mornye because Mornye speeds up the Off-Tune rate so we trigger more Hack — but if you only do 1× Tune Break, Shore is preferable.
Rebecca Verina Team
Spectro1.6M is fully acceptable to clear endgame content, but from a meta point of view it's very low. In 4.x, characters should normally do 1.7× this damage, which is why it's considered weak.

General Conditions
Echo Stats
Note: Percentages represent the damage difference compared to S0.
Team Lucy S0 R1 - Mornye S0 R1.
What is the best build for Rebecca?
The optimal build for Rebecca uses the Shadow of Shattered Dreams set with the Reminiscence - Nightmare: Adam Smasher echo on Cost 4. She prioritizes Crit Rate, Crit DMG and Electro DMG on her echo sub-stats. Her signature weapon Skull Thrasher is recommended to maximize her Sub DPS damage.
What are the best teams for Rebecca?
Rebecca fits perfectly alongside Lucy (best team, Hack - Shifting synergy) and Augusta or Galbrena (Heavy Attack team). Her Outro buffs all damage of the next active member by 15% and Heavy Attack DMG up to +35% via Overlimit stacks. She also pairs with Mornye, Shorekeeper, Verina or Baizhi as support.
Which talents should I prioritize for Rebecca?
Prioritize Resonance Liberation first (40% of damage), then Forte Circuit (26%), then Basic Attack (19%), and finally Resonance Skill (13%). Intro is last as it contributes very little to total damage.
How does Rebecca's rotation work?
Rebecca always enters via her Intro, never first. She chains: Intro → Basic Attack → Resonance Skill (It's Big Boomin' Time!) → Heavy Attack Rat-tat-tat! → Resonance Liberation - Party 'til Dawn! → Echo → Outro. Her rotation alternates between Huntress and Guts modes, building Fervor to trigger her Heavy Attacks.
Which mode is stronger for Rebecca, Huntress or Guts?
By default, we prefer playing Rebecca in Guts mode because she ignores 15% of the target's DEF. But thanks to the A Girl Gets What She Wants! passive, when Hot Hand reaches 120 points, Rebecca gains the bonuses of both modes simultaneously for 12 seconds, which maximizes her damage.
