Dispersion

Targets with Dispersion are immobilized for 1.5s.

Chromatic Splendor

Consume all Moldable Crystals and deal Glacio DMG.
The Resonance Skill enters cooldown after a while if Chromatic Splendor is not cast or if Carlotta is switched off the field.

Moldable Crystal

Carlotta can hold up to 6 Moldable Crystals.
She cannot gain Moldable Crystals while in Twilight Tango.
Restore 3 Moldable Crystals upon casting Basic Attack Stage 2, Heavy Attack, Mid-air Attack - Customary Greetings, Intro Skill - Wintertime Aria, Resonance Skill - Art of Violence, or after a successful Dodge.

Substance

Carlotta can hold up to 120 Substance.
She cannot gain Substance while in Twilight Tango.
Restore 30 Substance on Intro Skill - Wintertime Aria. Restore 10 Substance for every Moldable Crystal consumed by Chromatic Splendor, Necessary Measures or Dodge Counter.

Heavy Attack - Imminent Oblivion

Carlotta activates Tinted Crystal every 22s. When Substance is full and Tinted Crystal is active, hold Normal Attack to consume all Substance and cast Imminent Oblivion.
It deals Glacio DMG considered Resonance Skill DMG and reduces the cooldown of Art of Violence by 6s.

Final Bow

When Substance is full, Carlotta enters Final Bow. It increases the DMG Multiplier of Era of New Wave, Death Knell and Fatal Finale by 80%. The effect ends if Carlotta is switched off the field during Twilight Tango or when Twilight Tango ends.

Resonance Liberation - Era of New Wave

Deal Glacio DMG to all targets in an area, considered Resonance Skill DMG, inflict Deconstruction on targets hit, then activate Twilight Tango.
Can be cast in mid-air close to the ground.

Deconstruction

Dealing DMG to targets inflicted with Deconstruction ignores 18% of their DEF.

Twilight Tango

While in Twilight Tango, press Normal Attack or Resonance Liberation to cast Death Knell.
Each Death Knell grants 1 Meta Vector. With 4 Meta Vectors, press Normal Attack or Resonance Liberation to cast Fatal Finale.
All Substance is removed when activating and ending Twilight Tango. Necessary Measures, Containment Tactics and Imminent Oblivion cannot be used while in Twilight Tango.

Death Knell

Carlotta fires powerful shots and summons 4 crystal shards to attack the target, dealing Glacio DMG considered Resonance Skill DMG.
Carlotta moves in the direction of the movement input with each shot of Death Knell.

Fatal Finale

Deal Glacio DMG to an area, considered Resonance Skill DMG.
Twilight Tango ends after casting Fatal Finale.

Intro Skill - Wintertime Aria

Attack the target, dealing Glacio DMG.

Outro Skill - Closing Remark

Attack the target, dealing Glacio DMG equal to 794.2% of Carlotta's ATK.

Tune Break: Pistols

When the target's Off-Tune Level is full, the Resonator may cast Tune Break on the target.

Inherent Skill - Flawless Purity

After casting Chromatic Splendor, Carlotta can perform Mid-air Attacks while immune to all DMG and interruptions until the Mid-air Attack deals DMG.
When Carlotta is on the team, the active Resonator's Flight STA cost is reduced by 20%.

Inherent Skill - Ars Gratia Artis

Intro Skill - Wintertime Aria, Chromatic Splendor, Death Knell and Imminent Oblivion can inflict Deconstruction.

Carlotta has a chance to produce special dishes when cooking.

Casting Heavy Attack, Containment Tactics or Imminent Oblivion grants all Resonators 25% Resonance Skill DMG Bonus for 30s.

When Carlotta deals DMG to a target inflicted with Deconstruction, the Crit. Rate of that DMG is increased by 12.5%. When Chromatic Splendor hits a target inflicted with Dispersion, Carlotta restores 30 additional Substance.

Kaleidoscope Sparks deals one additional strike after Outro Skill - Closing Remark, dealing Glacio DMG equal to 1032.18% of Carlotta's ATK. The DMG Multiplier of Art of Violence and Chromatic Splendor is increased by 93%.
